But, despite this, apartments on the top floor are bought more readily than on the first. There is not only a beautiful view from the window, but also the air is much cleaner. But this is where all the delights of such housing end. Compared with apartments on the ground floor, cons  the apartments on the top floor have much more. Yes, no one will climb into your window, but there are a number of risks associated with living at a high altitude:

• violation of air exchange, shade and humidity;
• the occurrence of mold and mildew;
• health problems.

And the most obvious disadvantage is the problem with the elevator. And the point is not only that due to an unexpected breakdown you will have to walk up to your floor. Since the shaft is located in the area of ​​the last floor, it is likely that you will constantly hear the noise of the operating elevator. Housing on each floor has its own space yus and cons.
